Aged on lees for 18 months after whole-cluster fermentation/pressing, this white has notes of lemon curd and pear, with a crisp acid contour and pleasing minerality.

Approximate drinking window:  2024-2030.

Shadows is a tiny parcel of Chardonnay grapes in Saint-Aubin's La Combe 1er Cru vineyard that is well shaded by forest. Wild, low-yielding old vines make an intense and rich Chardonnay.

 Light orange wine from Pinot Blanc and Chardonnay with a full body, tropical fruit aromas, and a touch of dill with great acidity.

Macabeo Orange wine made in a combination of clay amphora and stainless steel with a fresh acidity and pear and apricot fruit flavours.

Light and easy-drinking White blend with peach and lemon aromas.

A nice aromatic wine, with notes of dried citrus peel, ginger, and tropical fruit. Acidic and light on alcohol, this wine has a freshness that makes it almost too crushable. Excellent pairing for creamy soups.

Old Sauvignon Blanc vines planted on Opok soils (limestone with clay). This wine receives a little bit of maceration for herbal aromas and texture.

From 40-year-old Trousseau vines planted at Fanucchi-Wood Road Vineyard in Sonoma County. Some skin contact results in a rosy hue. A floral, savoury wine showing flavours of melon and tea, made by the talented Scott Schultz.
