Approximate drinking window:  2024-2034.

There are only two barrels (500 bottles) of this wine made each year. It may be the most muscular wine in Lambert's range. From the storied Brézé ex-commune.

Chenin Blanc from vineyards in Saint-Cyr-en-Bourg with delicate orchard fruit and good acidity. 

Approximate drinking window:  2024-2031.

Lambert's biggest Chenin Blanc, with half of the wine aging in smaller oak casks, while maintaining great acid. A rich wine for the cellar.

Approximate drinking window:  2024-2040.

A barrel-aged sweet wine made using only botrytized Chenin Blanc grapes. It's been over 20 years since the vintage, giving time to slightly subdue the sweetness and develop intriguing tertiary characteristics.  Lovers of Sauternes and Tokaji will dig this.

Approximate 2024-2028.

From the colder edge of Napa Valley, this Chardonnay brings body and acidity, with lemon curd and pear fruit and more mineral flavours than wood.

From Cépie in Limoux Valley, a limestone plateau that peaks at 350m overlooking the Aude.  Confluence of Mediterranean and Atlantic influences. This organic, no-sulphite-added Chenin was whole bunch pressed and follows through to its Malolactic fermentation making things blessedly creamier.

One of Napa Valley's most impressive wineries making inspired wines reminiscent of the 1960s and 1970s Golden Age of California. Citrus, flint, oak, and creamy lees aromas highlight this beautiful wine.  The vigneron was Steve Matthiasson.

Estate-grown Pinot Gris from Vancouver Island with great acidity and lees aging to add extra complexity to the fresh fruit.

Organic and biodynamic 100% Merseguera, no tractors, no tilling, hand harvested, and following the biodynamic calendar of Maria Thun.  Result: superb, vibrant wine.
