Saignee-method dark Rosé Champagne from Pinot Meunier grapes with 4 years on lees and no dosage.

A blend of a variety of Veneto's great White grapes, made in cement tanks and bottled with the addition of fresh must from Garganega grapes to kick off a second fermentation in the bottle.

Made only in perfect vintages, this sans soufre Pinot Noir Champagne is vibrant. Red apple, chalk, and tense acidity highlight this excellent Blanc de Noir.
