Cirelli's young vine Montepulciano d'Abruzzo with great depth of flavour: cherry, earth, and tomato leaf show well with great acidity.

With tart Morello cherry on the palate, this Montepulciano is an excellent match to mild cured meat and aged cheeses.

A top expression of Montepulciano as a serious, full-bodied, age-worthy wine. Full of black cherry, bark, liquorice, and tobacco notes, Crognaletti balances it out with high alcohol and strong tannins but keeps it in barrel and in bottle for years before release. Current vintage is the classic 2016.
