This Extra-Brut Champagne comes from young vines of this nearly forgotten grape recently planted in 2014 and 2018. The grapes were picked at full maturity and this multi-vintage bubbly was aged on the lees for 6 months.

This Champagne comes from a small parcel of vineyards in the village of Gueux. The 2014 vintage blend of three grapes is made with two years on lees and a small dosage.

Blanc des Noirs Champagne from 100% Pinot Meunier grapes with 6 years on lees and a small dosage.

Natural Champagne with no sulfur or dosage from a 2015 base wine blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay and 3 years on lees.
