A light, delicate Pinot Noir with loads of fruit and a green pepper note from the whole-cluster maceration, that spends a year in barrel before bottling.
Willy got his expertise first working wines in Clos du Moulin aux Moines, Auxey-Durresses, where he developed a rich understanding of the land of Cote de Beaune. Now he and his lifelong friend are making a name for themselves with AMI. In conversion to biodynamic farming, the wines come from chemical free, healthy ecosystems.
This year Sunier bottled the Montmerond plot of vines in Regnie separate from his regular Regnie blend. The wine has a gorgeous violet bouquet and an excellent balance of body and acidity.

From Cabernet Franc grown organically in clay, raised in old oak and cement. The 2020 shows hints of just-snapped pencil lead and damp flowers under a layer of earthy brett. The palate is fresh, with very fine, friendly tannins that allow the black cherry-like fruit to speak. Superb.
The 2023 vintage is a deep ruby red in color, with lush red berry notes and a hint of spice wrapped in forest floor, structured and silky, contoured by a delicate oakiness.
From the highest altitude Cru in Beaujolais (Chiroubles), on a plot called 'Chantenay' made up of sandy, eroded granite soils with high Manganese content. Fermented in cement vats and whole bunches without SO², then aged in oak and steel. Very floral on the nose, its texture on the palate is airy, with plenty of freshness and sapidity.
A Fleurie with the expected pleasing nose and characteristic red fruit notes, this Gamay from a small plot in Les Mongenats is medium-bodied and promises a lengthy finish.
