Bobal / Tempranillo. Mountain Rose. 25-80yo bush vines on rocky soil made of fossilized oysters and corals. Aged in Spanish tinajas, used oak and steel vats. The grapes are destemmed and pressed gently. Racking is done at low temperature with no chemical substances added.
