Domaine Gueguen Céline et Frédéric "Bourgogne Pinot Noir"
La Vigne d'Emile is a cuvée made from a Pinot Noir vine of Emile Petit, Céline's grandfather, grown in the commune of Saint-Bris le Vineux. After manual harvest, the grapes are destemmed and put in vats for a pre-fermentation cold maceration of 48 hours. Fermentation begins spontaneously. The vinification is carried out in stainless steel vats .
