Single-vineyard Melon de Bourgogne from Bien Nacido vineyard in the Santa Maria Valley. This is a super unusual grape to find in California and the old vines here make a wine reminiscent of the great Muscadet wines in the Loire Valley. 

Creamy, rich and round. Notes of baked pineapple and honeysuckle with a back bone of vanilla and other baking spices.

Zesty Lemon rind, salted lime, white flowers and wet slate dominate the aromas of this zesty white wine. Full of flavor and drenched in citrus energy.

Stirm's Chardonnay is grown at high elevations in the Santa Cruz Mountains, south of San Francisco. The wine is treated with a light touch of oak aging for a year and is bottled with a beautiful acidity.
