A blend of 50% Montepulciano, with 35% Merlot and 15% Cabernet Sauvignon, fermented and aged in amphora for 6 months, followed by 6 months in barrique.
From the producer's website: "Golden yellow hue. Articulated olfactory frame with mature smells and refreshing notes, shell fruit, cucumber and green tea, candied fruit, anise and hay. Good progression to the palate, where amphora maceration enriches and projects on mature tones. Good minerality in the finish. Destined for a positive evolution."
