Aged on lees for 18 months after whole-cluster fermentation/pressing, this white has notes of lemon curd and pear, with a crisp acid contour and pleasing minerality.

A more traditional Riesling than people have come to expect from Pearl Morissette, but none the worse for it. Dry, with abundant notes.

Each varietal  - Riesling, Gewürztraminer, and Chardonnay - brings its strengths to this skin contact blend. Aromatic and textured, with fine tannins. 

Barrel-fermented White wine with a layer of richness and toffee flavour over the apple and pear Chardonnay aromas.

The Quarry Road Pinot Noir vines are just coming into their maturity and making Niagara wine with both fruitiness and complexity.

Dry and mineral Riesling with some lemon curd and citrus rind aromas that highlight this excellent Niagara wine.
