Whole-bunch fermented in concrete tanks, this chenin packs a luscious punch of flinty papaya and tropical fruit contoured by subtle tannin and crisp acidity.

Dry, yellow apple fruit and honey aromas with a rich and textured palate.

Another stellar South African Chenin, made of fruit from 43-year-old vines that see limited sun, and aged on lees in neutral vessels. Floral on the nose, with a muted hint of beeswax among the orchard fruit, sage, and slate. Crisp and clean.

This is South African Chenin at its peak with laser acidity and citrus fruit with richness on the palate and a pithy note of bitterness in the finish.
