This biodynamic Rosato embraces concrete for both fermentation and maturation. It features an alcohol content of 13.5% and is vegan-friendly, reflecting a genuine representation of the terroir. The 2021 vintage comprises a blend of 50% Montepulciano, 30% Sangiovese, and 20% Lacrima, carefully harvested between September 15th and 20th to attain the ideal ripeness for a gentle pressing. It then matures gracefully for 12 months in concrete on lees, preserving its intrinsic purity and transparency. Bottled without filtration, this wine pays tribute to Vera's dedication.
