Approximate drinking window:  2024-2040.

A barrel-aged sweet wine made using only botrytized Chenin Blanc grapes. It's been over 20 years since the vintage, giving time to slightly subdue the sweetness and develop intriguing tertiary characteristics.  Lovers of Sauternes and Tokaji will dig this.

Notes of melon and grapefruit, nestled in a tropical warmth, with a subtle herbaciousness and sharp minerality that make it a great summer go-to. Pairs well with fish.

Gamay and Grolleau grapes from the Loire with fresh and light bubbles and strawberry fruit aromas.

Big, rich, high alcohol Chenin with good acidity and minerality. A wine that makes you want to go back for seconds.

Vin de Frantz is the fun, effortlessly drinkable side of Frantz Saumon's winemaking from organic fruit purchased in the Loire. 

The delicious Gamay and Grolleau Loire wine vinified as a dry Rose instead of Saumon's Petillant La Cave se Rebiffe.

Saillard's top cuvée, Blank is made from 70-year-old vines in the fabled Clos Roche Blanche vineyard.  This, along with the Gaudry Sancerre, is our best Sauvignon Blanc.  2023 was a small harvest, so get these while you can.
