Joaquin has blended two vintages of Fialo, grown in the exceptional vineyard Piante a Lapia, to form an harmonious whole. This bottle represents a very high level of Italian white wine.
Hundred-year-old vines planted in a pre-phylloxera cru, the grapes are fermented and matured five years in chesnut and acacia casks. In that time, the wine isn't topped up, thereby developing a veil of yeast. The result is a wine of depth and delicacy.
