Light bodied Red with cherry and bush fruit aromas. There’s some mineral / stone to it on the palate. A small amount of tannins from the minority grapes in the blend but it’s very fresh tasting.

Great cool-climate South African White blend of Chenin Blanc, Semillon, and Sauvignon Blanc. Has some weight and some salinity and a light almond leesy note.

The Antarctic Benguela current which slows ripening with cold wind, the diversity of the Western and Eastern capes Fynbos, and Walker Bay's hard dryland granite soil, forcing rootstock to dig deep for it's nutrients
