Pomagrana Blanco is made from Xarel-lo grapes from a seaside vineyard south of Barcelona. The wine is fermented in stainless steel to retain freshness and then partially aged in old barrels with the lees for six months.

A blend of 50% Mauzac, 40% Chardonnay, and 10% Chenin, with crisp apple and a hint of beeswax, and a palate-cleansing acidity. Great with food.

Single-vineyard Melon de Bourgogne from Bien Nacido vineyard in the Santa Maria Valley. This is a super unusual grape to find in California and the old vines here make a wine reminiscent of the great Muscadet wines in the Loire Valley.
