This wine boasts a nose of tart orchard fruit and florality, with an edge of oak on a palate of crisp minerality and luscious acidity.

This wine is a combination of Grecanico Dorato (aka Garganega in Soave) and Carricante grapes from the slopes of Mount Etna. Cornelissen gives a short 3-day maceration for a bit of texture but no longer makes this a tannic Orange wine.
