First-press Chardonnay and Meunier blend. Both fermentations were wild, there were no sulfites added, there was no dosage, no fining nor filtering. The grapes were hand-picked from a vineyard in organic conversion. The Eurêka is about as pure as a champagne can get, and there were only 833 bottles produced, so don't wait on this!
Excellent Crémant d'Alsace. The satisfying mousse reveals apple, pear, and citrus notes on the palate, perfectly curbed by the dryness and acidity. You'll have a hard time finding a better match for sushi or lighter seafood fare.
Our "budget" champagne. A third each of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Pinot Meunier, giving the wine more weight than expected. Forbes magazine listed this among their Best Champagnes You've Never Heard Of.
Dumangin's Rosé cuvee is a blend of the three main Champagne grapes: Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier. The fruit is all from estate vineyards in the Premier Cru appellation of Chigny-les-Roses just south of Reims.
