Franciacorta is Italy's finest traditional method sparkling wine. The cuvee Prestige is dry and toasty like many of France's Champagne houses. 79% Chardonnay, with the rest made up of mostly Pinot Noir.

A blend of all three Champagne grapes grown on the coolest plots (the "lieux frais" of the name) l'Espiegle has, aged for 34 months on lees. Fresh Brie rind and lemon on the nose, with all the creamy complexity you could ask for on the palate.

Sans soufre Champagne from a blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Blanc. Unfiltered, this wine has significant sediment and as the bubbles dissipate the richness of the base wine shines.
