A finely-tuned, well-balanced VS cognac that could qualify as a VSOP if the makers wanted to be technical about it. A solid entry-level example of fine brandy and great for cocktails as well.

Aged five years in Limousin oak barrels.  We were alloted a tiny amount of this delicious Pineau. 

Ferrand's recreation of traditional 19th Century Triple Sec is a combination of brandy, Ferrand Cognac, and bitter orange peels distilled three times to a high proof.
