Each varietal  - Riesling, Gewürztraminer, and Chardonnay - brings its strengths to this skin contact blend. Aromatic and textured, with fine tannins. 

Aged on lees for 18 months after whole-cluster fermentation/pressing, this white has notes of lemon curd and pear, with a crisp acid contour and pleasing minerality.

A more traditional Riesling than people have come to expect from Pearl Morissette, but none the worse for it. Dry, with abundant notes.

Made of 100% Cab Franc from PM's Redfoot vineyard, the Ressac has a chalk minerality, crunchy redfruit notes, and an anise-leaning pepperiness, delivered in a medium-bodied structure with refreshing acidity.

Pearl Morissette's first venture into Meritage, in a leaner style but with the expected dark fruit and minerality. A nice change of pace. FYI, "Meritage" rhymes with "heritage", not "garage".

Cider blended with strawberries, cherries, and aged on Marechal Foch skins for extra red fruit flavour.

Waves is apple cider blended with plums and cherries for a fruity kick.

Direct press Zweigelt Rose with that lifted Revel acidity.

Spontaneously fermented Sauvignon Blanc, aged in amphora on Riesling, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc and Hyslop crabapple skins.

Fortified blend of Carbonic Quince, Gewürztraminer, Pears, Apples and Plums, flavoured with botanicals including Marigold and Lemon Balm.

Bright and low tannin Gamay with light red fruit and a bit of black tea in the finish.
