Ami's summer wine, a light-bodied, easy-drinking 50/50 blend of Pinot Noir and Aligote.

Handcrafted Grenache with the grape's signature combination of high-toned red fruit and floral notes and punchy high alcohol. This wine comes from Chateauneuf-du-Pape vineyards but is declassified to Vin de France because the appellation favours blended wines.

There are only two barrels (500 bottles) of this wine made each year. It may be the most muscular wine in Lambert's range. From the commune Brézé.

Mineral-driven and floral expression of Chenin Blanc, from the single vineyard Clos de Midi, with a year of aging in oak.

Approximate drinking window:  2024-2028.

Single vineyard Cabernet Franc with a strong maceration and some age in oak casks and concrete. Dark fruited, leathery, and tannic, this wine is a great pairing for richer game dishes.
