A blend of 2/3 Premier Cru with 1/3 Village wine grown next to it. Medium-bodied, precise, aromatic, long on the finish.

Biodynamically grown, this white Burgundy from the Nicolay family has charm, finesse, complexity. Among our best Chardonnays.

Malbec from a reserve selection of grapes of a single-vineyard in Cahors, grown biodynamically, and fermented in small oak casks.

Full-bodied with red plum and a light graphite aroma. More earthy than Argentinean-style Malbec.

The quintessential "unicorn wine"; we're lucky to have it. The wines are complex, long, ethereal. An added attraction is the elegant label, made from cotten, linen, and hemp, handwritten and hand-drawn, into which wildflowers have been pressed.

Single-vineyard Muscadet from vines 50-110 years old! An excellent balance of citrus, anise, and almond notes with decades of life ahead of it.

Benchmark Muscadet from one of the region's best producers. Medium bodied and mineral driven, this is one of the best pairings to oysters or sashimi you can find.

This muscadet has a nose of pear, citrus, and herbs that mellows into something earthier/more minerally and more apple-y on the palate.

Easy drinking Mediterranean White blend with citrus, peach, and herbal tea aromas. An excellent pairing to light courses with fresh herbs.

En Lya is a vibrant citrus expression, featuring zingy Meyer lemon notes and delicate undertones of stone fruits. A very rich  Chardonnay.

Concentrated flavours of apples and pears, complemented by toasty baking spices. There is a lovely acidity that elegantly frames the palate.
