Vouette & Sorbee's introduction to Pinot Noir Champagne is a copper-hued Blanc de Noirs with lush red fruit and no dosage.

One of Champagne's best oddities is Bertrand Gautherot's 100% Pinot Blanc Champagne fermented originally in clay amphora.

Grosses Gewächs (Grand Cru) Riesling from the Stettener Pulvermacher hill's Berge parcel. These are the oldest vines on the top of the hill, worked entirely by hand and horse. The wine is given a 3 week maceration for depth and concentration and shows graceful acidity with mint aromas and lush fruit.

Ewald Tscheppe makes a small amount of this Orange wine from his most steep and driest vineyard. The most intense wine he makes, with expressive fruit and tannin.
