Aged two years on the lees before disgorgement, this is a bone dry, traditional method Gringet. Creamy, nutty, herbal, and precise.

This Extra-Brut Champagne comes from young vines of this nearly forgotten grape recently planted in 2014 and 2018. The grapes were picked at full maturity and this multi-vintage bubbly was aged on the lees for 6 months.

A blend of 54% Chardonnay and 46% Pinot Noir, brought to you after 9 years of aging on lees, with notes of brioche and almonds and a crisp acidity.
