Dumangin's Rosé cuvee is a blend of the three main Champagne grapes: Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier. The fruit is all from estate vineyards in the Premier Cru appellation of Chigny-les-Roses just south of Reims.

A Biodynamic Brut Nature Champagne made from 50 % de Chardonnay and 50 % de Meunier.

Traditional method Brut Nature Cava with yeasty character and no dosage.

Immich-Batterieberg's Brut Nature Sparkling wine from Mosel hillsides is the best combination of Riesling's fruitiness and minerality with 5 years on lees to give the yeasty character of top quality Champagne.

Bella's home vineyard on the Naramata Bench gives classic bright fresh citrus aromatics and a soft petillance from the Ancestral Method. 

A blend of a variety of Veneto's great White grapes, made in cement tanks and bottled with the addition of fresh must from Garganega grapes to kick off a second fermentation in the bottle.

Natural Champagne with no sulfur or dosage from a 2015 base wine blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay and 3 years on lees. 

Prosecco made in the old method with a second fermentation in the bottle and the yeasts left unfiltered. Give it a little shake to add a toasty flavour to the lightly bubbly Prosecco.

Notes of lemon and baking spice layered over a background of honeyed brioche make this a great accompaniment to any celebration.

Organic Cava from Penedes, Spain with the traditional blend and a small dosage for balance.
