The plot is in a site called Dessus Bon Boire, a southern slope facing east, with Jurassic limestone subsoil (Kimmeridgian, Portlandian). The wine is aged for 12 months in 350L barrels, then 6 months blended in vats. A round and delicious wine.
Armani's top cuvee, from the grapes in his oldest vineyard selected for the smallest berries with the thickest skins. This is a dark coloured Orange wine that pours a golden honey colour with toffee, caramel, spice, and citrus rind aromas with strong tannin to hold up to any steak dinner.
