Andreas Tscheppe's Green Dragonfly Sauvignon Blanc shows off the flinty and mineral side of Sauvignon Blanc but this 2017 reserve wine was bottled with 5g of residual sugar that give the wine a little spritz.

Luna is the Lelarge-Pugeot family's strictest Biodynamic Champagne produced in accordance with the lunar calendar. Vol. 1 is a blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir from 2018 vinified without sulfur, aged 3 years on lees, and bottled without dosage.

Single-vineyard Chardonnay from the California oceanside in the Santa Rita Hills. This wine has good acidity and isn't overripe but still shows a bit of toasted coconut from oak influence.

Approximate drinking window:  2024-2031.

Lambert's biggest Chenin Blanc, with half of the wine aging in smaller oak casks, while maintaining great acid. A rich wine for the cellar.
