This Chenin from Emeline Calvez has a rich, golden colour and a light honey and chamomile aroma. This is a wine of brilliant acidity and will reward patient cellaring.

Organic Cava from Penedes, Spain with the traditional blend and a small dosage for balance. 

Yeasty, complex Cava from Macabeo grapes and several years on lees before release.

Cotes du Rhone White blend of Marsanne, Viognier, Roussanne, and Grenache Blanc from old vines in the Northern Rhone. This wine uses a combination of French oak and stainless steel to retain freshness in a full bodied White wine.

This wine is a combination of Grecanico Dorato (aka Garganega in Soave) and Carricante grapes from the slopes of Mount Etna. Cornelissen gives a short 3-day maceration for a bit of texture but no longer makes this a tannic Orange wine.

This stainless steel fermented Pecorino and Trebbiano is full bodied and an excellent match with richer Italian foods.
