The collaboration between Echeverria and Canadian winemaker Thomas Bachelder resulted in this green-fruited and mineral Sauvignon Blanc.

Grosses Gewächs (Grand Cru) Riesling from the Stettener Pulvermacher hill's Berge parcel. These are the oldest vines on the top of the hill, worked entirely by hand and horse. The wine is given a 3 week maceration for depth and concentration and shows graceful acidity with mint aromas and lush fruit.

Light and tropical aromatic blend of Silvaner, Muller-Thurgau, Kerner, and Weissburgunder with good ripe fruit and moderate acid.

A well-rounded Riesling, more approachable for those who find a Trocken too austere. Pairs well with spicy food.

Ex Vero I is the lower selection of the vineyard which ripens earlier. Unique Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay with age in old oak barrels before release.

Ex Vero (From Truth) is the higher elevation vineyard with deeper roots and more complex fruit. Unique Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay with age in old oak barrels before release.

Ewald Tscheppe makes a small amount of this Orange wine from his most steep and driest vineyard. The most intense wine he makes, with expressive fruit and tannin.

Old Sauvignon Blanc vines planted on Opok soils (limestone with clay). This wine receives a little bit of maceration for herbal aromas and texture.

Ewald Tscheppe's intense commitment to biodynamic farming gives life to the grape Welschriesling, which is known for boring wines in the hands of lesser winemakers.
